About These Terms
These terms apply when you use upfrontwealth.ca. UpFront Wealth (“we”, “us”) is a free financial education website for Canadians, operated by Andrew Austin in Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Education, Not Advice
Everything on this site is general information for educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product. Using the site does not create a professional–client relationship. Your situation is your own, so talk to a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.
Calculators and Figures
Calculators and tools give estimates. They use what you enter and the published rates and rules that were current when the page was last reviewed. Rates, rules and benefit amounts change, and an estimate can be wrong or leave out something that matters to you. Check important figures with the Canada Revenue Agency, your province, your financial institution or a professional before relying on them. The numbers you type stay in your browser; the Privacy Policy explains how.
No Warranty
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Andrew Austin and UpFront Wealth are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that results from using or relying on the site, its calculators and tools, or any website it links to.

Kids & Teens Pages
The Kids & Teens section is written for young people learning with a parent, guardian or teacher. The newsletter signup is not offered on those pages.
